My Story
My name is Joe Roper. I am a goalball player from Fenland, March. I attend the Neale-Wade Academy. I started player goalball in late 2016.
My older brother Dan came home from the Royal National College for the blind and told me about this sport called Goalball and that he was part of the GB squad. Now being part of the team with him he’s been a major influence on me and now we help push each other as teammates.
My largest expense is the cost of is travel, then equipment, training and competition costs.
