Bucks SportsAid was created in 2011 ahead of London 2012 to provide a sporting legacy. From humble beginnings, the club now attracts up to 200 guests and meets twice a year at the prestigious Dorney Lake venue, home to the “Dorney Roar”.

We are thrilled to announce our first event of the year with London 2012 Paralympic star Richard Whitehead. His story will be fascinating having overcome the challenge of running with prosthetic legs from a double amputation.
Despite this, he won gold at London and Rio, as well as silver at Tokyo. Richard is currently running 20 marathons around the world too!
